1. Book Your Guru Journey
Choose your service and tell us where and when you’re riding. We’ll plan the perfect setup for your trip.

2. We Come to You
We collect your skis or snowboard from your home or workplace—simple and stress-free.
(Not home? No problem—just leave your gear somewhere safe and we’ll pick it up.)

3. Expert Check by a Guru
One of our Gurus will assess your gear for:

• Damage
• Wear and tear
• Tuning needs

We’ll recommend the best service to get you ride-ready.

4. Safe & Secure Transport
Your equipment is carefully secured to prevent any damage during transit.

(Please no bag, ski ties, and boarders, please remove the bindings if not having The Game Changer )

5. Before Photos 📸
Before any work begins, we take clear photos of your gear so you can see its condition at the start.
Every scratch, edge, and base is documented.

6. The Guru Workshop Ritual 🔧
In our workshop, your gear receives expert care:

• Temperature-specific wax tailored to your trip
• Edge tuning for control
• Base care for a smooth, fast ride

Optional upgrades may be recommended to enhance performance and save you money in the long term.

7. After Photos 📸
Once complete, we photograph your gear again—so you can see the transformation.

From worn… to ride-ready perfection.

8. Payment & Completion
You’ll receive a secure payment link covering:

• Service work
• Transport (if applicable)
• Any additional maintenance

9. Delivered Back to You
Your skis or snowboard are returned safely to your home—fully prepared for your trip.
