Our Premium Tuning & Repair course is our most popular one-day technician programme and the perfect way to learn how to properly service your skis or snowboard with confidence.
This is a full-day workshop with a mix of theory, live demonstrations, and hands-on coaching — so you’ll leave knowing exactly what to do and how to do it safely and correctly at home.
You’ll work on your own skis or snowboard, or if you don’t have equipment available, we can provide skis or a snowboard on the day.

What This Course Covers
This course includes full tuning and essential repair skills, including:
- Waxing systems (which wax to use and how to match it to snow temperature)
- Edge tuning (base and side edge)
- Basic base repair using P-TEX (gouges, scratches and small core shots)
- A simple workflow you can repeat at home for reliable results
Course Structure
Morning: Demo + Theory
The first part of the day is focused on understanding the “why” behind tuning and repairs, including construction, materials, and best practices.
- Discover ski & snowboard construction and technology
- Demonstration of tools, techniques, and processes
- Step-by-step guidance before you begin practical work
Lunch Break
We’ll break for lunch before getting into the hands-on practical session.
Afternoon: Hands-On Servicing
The whole afternoon is convenient. You’ll be guided through servicing your own skis or snowboard step by step, with support throughout.

- Confidently wax your skis or snowboard for performance and protection
- Tune edges correctly for grip and control
